Vlasceanu & Partners had the privilege of assisting Heliolux, Romanian subsidiary of Econergy, in securing a €38 million project financing from Raiffeisen Bank International AG for the 92 MW Parau photovoltaic solar project in Romania. Our team provided comprehensive legal services, including conducting the underlying due diligence report on the project, assisting with the negotiation and signing of the financing documents, and supporting the financial close.
