She has advised and represented both Romanian and foreign clients before the government agencies and Romanian courts of any degree up to the High Court of Cassation and Justice. Ina has been appointed as arbitrator in multiple ad-hoc arbitration cases. As a litigation lawyer Ina handled lawsuits and substantial disputes between parties over a large variety of commercial and civil law matters.
