Loredana Vlăsceanu (Partner) “has significant expertise in different fields of law working for clients active both in Romania and in South Eastern Europe (SEE). Loredana previously collaborated with several renown law firms and was involved in major transactions in various industries (such as renewables, IT, financial services etc.). In her advisory capacity, Loredana coordinated joint ventures, large M&A transactions and business transfers (such as acquisitions/ exits from banking and non-banking financial institutions, companies operating in renewables sectors, food production companies, etc.) both in Romania and in the region, most of them during her long-term collaboration with a private equity funds’ investment advisor with the most extensive experience in the SEE region. She has also coordinated for several years the legal practice of a global information technology developer and provider, acquiring an in-depth knowledge of the Information Technology business and its legal challenges.”
