Mădălina Mailat (Counsel) is a qualified lawyer with extensive experience advising on a wide range of financing transactions, with over 10 years of experience developed within top-tier international law firms.

Mădălina's practice places a particular emphasis on project finance, project development, real estate and real estate finance, and public-sector financings. In recent years, Mădălina has been significantly involved in the financing and development of major renewable energy and infrastructure projects, especially in the local renewable sector. Mădălina also advises on public-procurement considerations, concession structures and PPP-type frameworks relevant to complex projects.

Mădălina has acted for both international and domestic clients, including commercial banks, international financial institutions, investment funds and major sponsors.
