Vlăsceanu & Partners advised a local developer of renewable power generation projects in the development and sale to Eurowind Energy A/S of 5 wind projects totaling 200 MW. The transaction also includes a right of first refusal of Eurowind Energy A/S for the acquisition of additional 5 wind projects totaling 400 MW. The legal assistance included structuring, drafting and negotiating the entire package of transaction documents. In addition, Vlăsceanu & Partners was retained by Eurowind Energy A/S to continue acting as legal advisor with respect to the development process of these projects.
