Excited to announce that VLP has advised Kraftfeld—an international PV and BESS developer headquartered in Vienna—on the successful sale of an 80 MW ready-to-build (RTB) solar photovoltaic project located in Răscăeți, Romania, to MET Group, a leading European energy company based in Switzerland.
VLP provided comprehensive legal support throughout the project—from its initial development phase to achieving RTB status and negotiating the transaction—ensuring a smooth and seamless closing. With an EPC contract already in place and construction set to begin soon, this milestone strengthens Kraftfeld’s strategy of optimizing its project pipeline while accelerating the energy transition in the EU region.
Our project team included Loredana Vlasceanu, Partner, Raluca Spinu, Partner and Dan Oltean, Managing Associate.

Congratulations to Kraftfeld and MET Group on this significant achievement!

Vlasceanu & Partners clients benefit from our deep expertise in renewable energy, guiding them effectively through every stage of project development—from M&A transactions and EPC/O&M contracts to PPAs, financing, and regulatory support.
